IFES is leading the elections assistance component of the larger Programme Gouvernance et Paix (PGP) program headed by FHI 360. This program seeks to promote good governance in Senegal. IFES’ goal is to provide technical assistance to Senegalese Electoral Commission (CENA) to better supervise and control electoral operations; raise citizen awareness of civic rights and duties; and increase the capacity of political parties and political party coalitions.
