“Information about Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Voters” was published in 1999 in lead up to the general elections that were held in Kazakhstan on October 10 and 24 of that year. The booklet describes the voting rights of Kazakhstani’s including universal adult suffrage. Also, there are sections on topics such as election financing and canvassing as well as the timing and place of the election.

“Guide to Voters on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” is an informative brochure, available in both Kazakh and Russian, published in 1998 by the Central Electoral Commission in Kazakhstan, in lead up to the January 10, 1999 Presidential Election in Kazakhstan. The document is a guide explaining voters some of the following election-related topics: the structure and function of the electoral system, voters’ rights and responsibilities, rules and procedures for the elections, as well as instructions on how to fill out a ballot.

Guyana Elections Commission Vote '97 Enhancing the Electoral System
Prior to the December 15th, 1997 Guyana elections for President and members of the National Assembly, the Guyana Elections Commission published this pamphlet detailing voting instructions, registration information, and candidate information for Guyana’s citizens. A sample ballot, detailed illustrations, and general political structure information is also provided.
