“A Non-Partisan Guide to Voting” compiled by the United Cerebral Palsy Associations in January of 1996, encourages voter registration amongst all Americans but primarily focuses on the disabled. This pamphlet provides necessary information on the 1996 Congressional Primaries as well as the positive impact the National Voter Registration Act, or “Motor Voter” has had on voter registration. The objective of this pamphlet is to emphasize the importance of voter registration and to provide services to ensure those who are disabled can also register.

On November 17, Elect Honest and Capable Authorities for your Municipality” is a civic education poster, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the “Decidamos” group in Paraguay, in lead up to the 1996 Paraguayan Municipal Elections. The poster is meant to motivate people to vote and it instructs them on the voting procedures.
