Andrew Rogan is the Senior Program and Anti-Corruption Officer for Europe and Eurasia at IFES. He currently manages programs implemented in Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia and has supported projects in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo, as well as regionally across Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, he serves as the Public Sector Advisor on a program investigating Eastern European illicit financial flows in elections and politics. His work has also included technical support to election management bodies, anti-corruption and justice institutions, and civil society to strengthen the adoption and implementation of democratic reforms and international standards to improve governance processes. He holds a BA in International Studies from the School of International Service at American University, where he concentrated on Global Governance and European Studies, and an MA in Corruption and Governance from the Centre for the Study of Corruption at the University of Sussex, where he focused on institutional resilience and civic action mechanisms to combat corruption.
