This pamphlet, published in 1992 in Chicago, Illinois, enumerates the different aspects of poll watchers. The piece goes over what is necessary to become a poll watcher, who authorizes a poll watcher, what some of the specific rights of poll watchers are and if there is a limit to the number of poll watchers in a polling place. This document was released in lead up to the November 3, 1992 national and local elections; these elections featured the presidential race between Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush.

“’96 Elections” is a civic supplement edition, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the “La Tribuna” newspaper in Nicaragua in lead up to the October 20, 1996 Nicaraguan General Elections and it contains several articles related to the voting process and the upcoming elections. The articles are meant to familiarize Nicaraguan voters with the voting procedures, the way the number of deputies is distributed in the National Assembly, being among the matters addressed. Additionally, a list with the biographies of the candidates is included.
