“1994 Oklahoma Voter’s Guide” is a voter guide published in 1994 by the Resource Institute of Oklahoma, in lead up to the November 8, 1994 Oklahoma State Election and is designed to inform Oklahoma voters about the candidates running for federal offices. The voter handbook was compiled upon the receipt of a questionnaire that was sent to candidates by the Resource Institute of Oklahoma in which they had to express their position on specific topics, such as budget/taxes, education, crime, labor, welfare reform, and health care being among the others. The voter guide presents the positions of each candidate on any of the topics mentioned above.

Its aim is to provide guidelines for businesses, associations, schools, and other organizations that wish to plan and implement a voter registration/education drive. Additionally, it contains a list of the voter registrars by county and an Election Calendar with the most important dates of the 1994 General Election in Texas.
