“Qu’est-ce qui se passe dans notre Commune?” is a comic strip from 1993, available in French, intended to give readers a better understanding of the decentralization happening in Mali. The document was created by the Support Program for Decentralization and funded by the Swiss Association for International Cooperation. Topics covered in the comic strip include Communal Elections, candidate qualifications for the Communal Council and how to vote.
