What is MMP?

Women and MMP
“Women and MMP” is a leaflet produced in 1993 by the Women’s Electoral Lobby and the Electoral Reform Coalition arguing that the new Mixed Member Proportional proposed system of electing members of the New Zealand parliament is beneficial to women candidates. Ballot used to elect the President of Montengro in elections held on 20 December 1992. The main candidates in the election were Momir BULATOVIC, Branko KOSTIC, Slavko PEROVIC, and Novak KILIBARDA. A second round of voting was held on 10 January 1993.
