“Vote 1992” was produced in St. Louis County, Missouri in lead up to that year’s general elections. Presidential elections held on November 3rd of that year featured a race between Republican incumbent George H.W. Bush and Democratic nominee Bill Clinton.

“You Don’t Need a Home to Vote” is a letter, dated September 8th 1992, addressed to the National Coalition for the Homeless in Connecticut which explains a project for voter registration targeting homeless people. In an effort to increase voter participation in the 1992 Presidential Election in the USA, the Coalition for the Homeless and the Community for Creative Non-Violence created a campaign for voter registration activities for the homeless. The document includes a ballot in order to conduct a mock Presidential Preference Poll.

Additionally, it contains a 1992 Election Calendar with the most important dates of the 1992 Elections. The manual also contains a voter registration application sample to be distributed.

Registration and Voting Information for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities in Chicago
This booklet, published in October of 1991, was distributed to help elderly and disabled people from Chicago, Illinois. The literature contains information regarding how to deal with registering under a changed name or address, what the necessary steps for voting are and how to fill out a registration card as well as information regarding the assistance of the hearing impaired and handicapped.
