Ballot used for municipal elections held in Ecuador on 17 June 1990. The municipal election was held using party lists, and each party has seven candidates listed. The main parties in the election were the Social Christian Party (Partido Social Cristiano), the Ecuadorian Rolodist Party (Partido Rolodista Ecuatoriano), and the Democratic Left Party (Partido Izquierdo Democratica).
