Canada's Electoral System
“Canada's Electoral System” is a 1998 Canadian publication that presents an overview of Canada’s electoral history. Ballot paper used in the 1997 Honduran Presidential election. The 1997 election was the first time in Honduran history that voters could cast seperate ballots for President, Parliament, and the municipal elections. The main candidates were Nora de MEIGAR and Carlos Roberto FLORES.
