“Young Texas Voters” is a voter handbook issued in 1994, available in both English and Spanish, by the Elections Division of the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, in lead up to the November 8, 1994 General Election in Texas. . The guide is meant to provide voters with information about voting, the voter registration process, and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. The story’s aim is to energize and educate the public as to the concept of the vote and open elections.
