Macedonia Final Report, May 2000-March 2002
This report summarizes IFES programming in Macedonia under the Europe and Eurasia Cooperative Agreement beginning with the 2000 pre-election technical assessment and concluding with initial 2002 parliamentary election preparations. Since April 2002, all IFES programming in Macedonia has been conducted under the CEPPS 2 funding mechanism and is covered in separate reports to USAID.

Entitled “12 Things Voters Need to Know,” this publication by the State Election Commission of Macedonia in preparation for the September 15th, 2002 Parliamentary elections assists Macedonians understand their voting rights and explains the voting procedure. Produced with the help of USAID and IFES, also covers anti-fraud measures and special voting procedures to ensure total participation and free and fair elections.

Path to Rights: 8th grade teacher's manual
“Path to Rights: 8th Grade Teacher’s Manual” is a teacher manual for 8th grade students, available in Russian, issued in 2002 in Georgia by the Norwegian Refugee Council, Sida and the “Open Society-Georgia” Foundation and intended to serve as a guide for teachers when instructing students on topics such as human rights, civil freedoms, discriminations and/or mass media. The manual consists of 34 chapters covering the above mentioned topics. Additionally, it contains reflection exercises to be used by teachers when instructing students on these matters.
