Percentage of voters casting ballots at elections since 1942
This piece documents the trend in “percentages of voters casting ballots on election-day since 1942.” The piece looks at the percentage of voters participating in primary and general elections and includes statistics on the overall number of registered voters. The data indicate a precipitous decline in voting since 1942.
