“Take a Friend to Vote” is a packet of material that was published in 2000 by The League of Women Voters during the lead up to that year’s presidential elections. The materials include literature on the efficacy of voting, a list of numbers to call for absentee ballots, a question and answer sheet on voter registration and post cards with the slogan “We are going together to vote on November 7th.” This packet was aimed at increasing social capital and value around the upcoming presidential elections.

“The Civic Voice” is an informative bulletin, available in Romanian, published in 2000 by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems and the Center for Democratic Participatory Development in Moldova, and is intended to serve as a source of information regarding the political and electoral situation in the Republic of Moldova. The bulletin contains a series of interviews, commentaries and analyses of different experts on the political and electoral conditions in the country. There is a broad range of topics covered in the bulletin, including editorials on political transparency, civic society, electoral fraud, mass media, EU integration and the electoral code during the period of 1995 and 2000. It also includes interviews with high profile officials of the Moldovan political stage, mass media representatives as well as foreign officials, who were active in the political conditions of the same period of time. A deep analysis of the electoral process is provided in the bulletin through a series of editorials written by various authors.
