Hounduras Presidential Ballot 1997
Ballot paper used in the 1997 Honduran Presidential election. The 1997 election was the first time in Honduran history that voters could cast seperate ballots for President, Parliament, and the municipal elections. The main candidates were Nora de MEIGAR and Carlos Roberto FLORES.

“How to Vote in These Elections” is a newsletter flyer, available in Spanish, published in 1997 by the “La Prensa” newspaper in Honduras, in lead up to the November 30, 1997 General Elections in Honduras and intended to instruct voters on the voting procedures. This special issue of the newsletter contains some cartoons reflecting the political parties participating in the elections.

Specifically, this report discusses the preparatory stages of conducting the survey, information collection and the selection and training of interviewers. Belarus Referendum Ballot 1996
Ballot used for the seven-question referendum held in Belarus on 24 November 1996. The first four questions in the referendum were proposed by President Alexander Lukashenko, and the final three were proposed by the Supreme Court. The voters voted on the following:
-Whether Independence Day should be moved to 3 July, to commemorate the liberation of Belarus
-Approval of the constitutional amendments proposed by President Lukashenko
-Approval of the free sale of land
-Abolition of the death penalty
-Approval of the constitutional amendment proposed by the Supreme Soviet
-Direct elections to local bodies
-Should all state expenses be part of the national budget.
