This resolution, signed on October 6th, 1992 by District of Columbia Board of Elections and Ethics Chair Benjamin F. Wilson, brings an initiative regarding the issue of mandatory life imprisonment versus the death penalty for murder in the District of Columbia to the November 3rd, 1992 General Election ballot to be voted on. Members of the Board Norma B. Leftwich and Valerie K. Burden also signed this resolution

Estonia General Election Ballot 1992
Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
