“Voter Rights and Registration Resource Guide” is document produced in 1990 by the Texas Young Lawyers Association and designed to stimulate the voter turnout of eligible voters in Texas. The document is intended to help educate Texans about the importance of voting as well as the correct ways to exercise this right.
