“Voter Information Guide for 1990 Elections” is a voter handbook prepared in 1990 by Sherrod Brown, the Secretary of State of Ohio, in lead up to the May 8, 1990 Primary Election and the November 6, 1990 General Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about registering and voting, absentee voting including the armed services absentee voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. It also provides short descriptions of each one of the offices for which Ohio voters will express their votes.

“Voter Rights and Registration Resource Guide” is document produced in 1990 by the Texas Young Lawyers Association and designed to stimulate the voter turnout of eligible voters in Texas. The document is intended to help educate Texans about the importance of voting as well as the correct ways to exercise this right. Included in the document are important historical dates and brief descriptions of the events in the development of National Voter Rights under the U.S Constitution and a number of case studies on voting rights and the decisions involved. “Children and Democracy” is a periodical article, available in Spanish, published by Marcia Gilbert de Babra in the “El Telegrafo” in Ecuador. The author agrees with the innovative idea of holding child elections but only as being complementary to other methods that a society must commit in respect of children’s rights. She questions and criticizes that anything durable will be achieved by holding these elections and if children would actually benefit from it.
