"Candidates Meetings/ Candidates Campaigns" is a pamphlet published in 1994 during the lead up to Uganda’s constitutional assembly election of that year. The pamphlet discusses the candidates' meetings and the voting process. The candidates' meetings are highlighted as a time voters can gain knowledge on candidates and by doing so make an more informed decision with their vote. The voting and voter registration processes were also covered to aid voters in the process.

This document contains a collection of posters, flyers and civic education literature pertaining to the 1994 national elections in South Africa. Included are posters with the exact date of the election and pamphlets depicting the voting and registration process. The material was part of an effort made to provide voter education to the large swath of the South African population who had been denied voting rights until this time.

The booklet encourages citizen participation in elections and conscientiousness so there may be no fraud and corruption involved. Additionally, the booklet describes voter qualifications and voting procedures.

1994 Oklahoma Voter's Guide
“1994 Oklahoma Voter’s Guide” is a voter guide published in 1994 by the Resource Institute of Oklahoma, in lead up to the November 8, 1994 Oklahoma State Election and is designed to inform Oklahoma voters about the candidates running for federal offices. The voter handbook was compiled upon the receipt of a questionnaire that was sent to candidates by the Resource Institute of Oklahoma in which they had to express their position on specific topics, such as budget/taxes, education, crime, labor, welfare reform, and health care being among the others. The voter guide presents the positions of each candidate on any of the topics mentioned above.

“Building a Safer Country for All” is a civic education discussion guidebook, available in Spanish, issued by the Department of Political Science within the University of the Andes, Colombia. The guidebook is intended to encourage community participation in the effort to reduce violence and crime in Colombia through various means such as increasing the programs of social development, educating people in the spirit of civic and moral values, to stimulate young people to take part in community activities and/or to strengthen the judicial system and reform the police. Additionally, the guidebook contains some surveys.
