“People and Politics: Who Should Govern?” is a civic education discussion book, issued in 1992 by the US Kettering Foundation and translated and adapted to Portuguese by the State University of Ponta Grossa, Brazil. The handbook is intended to educate voters about the importance of voting and express their opinions through the power of one vote. Additionally, in the beginning and the end of the book, there are some questionnaires provided to facilitate the understanding of the people’s overall opinion of their relation with the government.
