Ley Electoral y de Partidos Politicos y su Reglamento (with how-to-vote guide)
“The Electoral Law and Political Parties Law and its Regulations” is an electoral guide, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal in Guatemala, in lead up to the November 12, 1995 General Elections in Guatemala. The guide includes the texts of the electoral and political parties’ law as well as the regulations of these. Additionally, it contains a brief explanation of the voting procedures.

“New Polling Stations” is an electoral guide, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal in Guatemala, in lead up to the November 12, 1995 General Elections in Guatemala. The guide lists the polling stations for the voters who have their residence in the Central District of the country. Additionally, it contains a map indicating the location of the polling stations.

“Guidebook” is an instructional guidebook, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Guatemala, in lead up to the 1995 General Elections in Guatemala. The guidebook is meant to instruct and assist the Board of Elections when observing the elections. The handbook offers guidance in elections preparation, opening, duration and closing of the polls.

The August/September edition of the Voting Times is headlined by the upcoming November 1st, 1995 individual and party elections in South Africa. “Democracy Comes Home” is the featured article that details both when and how to vote, sample ballots, and further information regarding local campaigns and expected candidate behavior. Voting Times is a published by Project Vote and emphasizes the importance of voter participation in a free and fair election.

Your Last Chance to Register
“Your Last Chance to Register” is a political flyer intended to remind South Africans that April 28th 1995 is the last day to register to vote in local elections. The flyer indicates how to register as well as what the positive and negative aspects of voting are. One example of a positive reason to vote is the ability to support the “RDP,” the African National Congress’ Reconstruction and Development Programme. A version in Afrikaans is also provided.
