Electoral Systems Seminar: Brasov, Romania, September 2-4, 1992
This report summarizes findings from a seminar which brought together all groups involved in the democratic process in Romania in order to discuss freely and openly the political process in the country in the weeks prior to the September parliamentary and presidential elections. Participants included mayors, prefects, judges from local electoral tribunals, political parties and non-governmental organizations.

The main candidates in the 27 Septemeber election were Ion ILIESCU (Democratic National Salvation Front), Emil CONSTANTINESCU, and Gheorghe FUNAR (Romanian National Unity Party). A second round of voting was held on 11 October.

This ballot was used in Bucharest, district no. 41, and voters selected the party list of whom they wished to cast their ballot. Estonia General Election Ballot 1992
Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
