Ballot used for the Ecuadorian general election held on 19 May 1996. This ballot was used to elect party list proportional representative candidates to the National Congress. The main parties in the election were the Social Christian Party (Partido Social Cristiano), the Ecuadorian Roldosist Party (Partido Roldosista Ecuatoriano), and the Christian Democratic Union (Union Democratica Cristiana).
