“Infoproject” is an informative bulletin issued in 1995 by CENTRAS and the Agency for Press Monitoring, available in Romanian, and meant to serve as a source of information about the nature of the projects implemented by the Non-Governmental Organizations. The bulletin serves the purpose of strengthening the practices of monitoring the right to information and to create a contact ground among all the NGO’s that are functioning in Romania. The bulletin includes the personal statements of various people working in different NGOs about their role in the public society, and continues with describing certain NGOs and the type of projects being worked on by them.

Reforms Project for the Political Constitution of Ecuador” is an informative document, available in Spanish, issued in 1994 by the “El Mercurio” newspaper in Ecuador, in lead up to the 1996 constitutional referendum in Ecuador.
