“What do You have to do on November 12, 2000?” is an election brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 2000 by the Electoral Council of the State of Jalisco, Mexico, in lead up to the November 12, 2000 Elections and intended to stimulate citizens’ participation in the election process. “Manual for Lobbying” is an informative booklet, available in Spanish, published in 1998 in Mexico, and intended to increase the presence of the civil society organizations in the means of communications, in this way exposing and influencing the public opinion. The booklet describes the concept of lobbying and it explains how to deal with the press effectively. Additionally, the booklet contains a citizen proposal divulging their request for a series of rights.
