This Pre-election Technical Assessment report concerns the administrative structures in the Republic of Albania as they relate to electoral systems (related to elections for the People’s Assembly). The Assessment focuses on an analysis of the electoral laws, specifically as they relate to voter registration of migrants and assessing the immediate needs of the Central Election Commission.

“How to Vote” is an informative document, available in Italian, issued in 1996 by the Ministry of Interior of Italy, in lead up to the April 21, 1996 Italian General Elections. The document contains instructions on how to mark the ballot and the sample ballots to be used when electing the members of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate of the Republic. Additionally, it contains a brief explanation on the opening time of the polling stations and the ballots to be used in the elections.

Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
