IFES Observer Coordination to the OSCE Albanian Election Observation Mission, June - July 1997
This report sums up the IFES/US Department of State project to recruit, instruct, transport and coordinate American election observers to oversee the June 29 and July 6, 1997 parliamentary elections in Albania. The project was sponsored by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and involved over 30 countries and more than 400 election observers.
