Path to Rights: 8th grade student guide
“Path to Rights: 8th Grade Student Guide” is a student guide, available in Russian, issued in 2002 in Georgia by the Norwegian Refugee Council, Sida and the “Open Society-Georgia” Foundation and intended to serve as a guide for students on topics such as human rights, civil freedoms, discriminations and/or mass media. The manual consists of 34 chapters covering the above mentioned topics with relevant exercises included for each topic.

It details institutions soon to be under the control of Kosovo’s leaders and civil servants and includes basic voting information in an effort to further educate the public.

“How do I Vote?” is a voter graphic pamphlet, available in Romanian, issued in 2001 by the IFES, the Center for Democratic Participatory Development, and the Central Electoral Commission, in lead up to the 2001 Parliamentary Elections in Moldova, and intended to familiarize and stimulate voters with the voter registration process and the voting instructions. The pamphlet is a series of drawings accompanied by short explanations on the voting process.
