This document entitled “Organization for Votecare” was produced in 1995 by the Philippine Islamic Council lists the predominantly Muslim provinces and municipalities for canvassing and campaign purposes prior to the 1995 elections in Philippines. Also provided is a calendar of key dates concerning the election and a flow chart of the regional, provincial, and municipal centers for voting services.

Kofi & Ama Learn about Voter Registration
In order to educate and encourage the Ghanaian public, the Electoral Commission of Ghana produced this comic strip in 1995, a year before the national elections. Aimed directly at the youth population, this comic strip provides information regarding the new registration process, voting rules and qualifications, and other facets of basic electoral knowledge. This document was funded by the Supporting the Electoral Process (STEP) with a grant from USAID and IFES.

This report analyzes the elections from 1994 in Kazakhstan, which IFES declared to be “
the first really competitive multi-candidate elections in Kazakhstan's history.” Throughout the report the team identifies the strengths of the system and the positive aspects of the process which should serve as the foundation on which the CEC and lawmakers can continue to build. The legal framework is discussed as it relates to each specific component of the process.
