El Maltrato a Menores en Panama
"Child Abuse in Panama” is a civic education booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1996 by the Popular Legal Support Center in Panama. The booklet comes as a reflection of the Family Code and the Law nr. 27 from June 16, 1995, regarding domestic violence and child abuse. The booklet includes the following: basic concepts on child abuse, the Family Code, classification of child abuse, specialized instances that deal with victims of child abuse, and causes of child abuse. Additionally, it contains a series of recommendations made by the Popular Legal Support Center in Panama, in an effort to reduce child abuse-related occurrences.

Anatomy of Electoral System of Tanzania
The 1995 publication, “Anatomy of Electoral Systems of Tanzania,” was intended to guide all parties involved in the election process including voters, policy makers and election monitors. The document was published in lead up to the October 1995 elections in Tanzania. These elections were significant because they were the first multiparty elections since the nation’s independence in 1962. The literature provides detailed descriptions of the electoral process and of electoral law to voters who otherwise were unaware of the nuances of a multiparty democratic election.

The October 1995 elections were there first multi party elections since Tanzania’s independence in 1962. Macedonia Legislative 1994
Ballot instructions provided by the VMRO-DNPRE and Democratic Party boycotting the second round of the Macedonian general election in 1994. The parties claimed that there has been irregularities in the first round, thusly refusing to participate in the second round on 30 October.
