“Individual Vote Count Sheet” is an evaluation form, available in Spanish, issued in 1995 by the Supreme Electoral Council in Venezuela, as a result of the 1995 Venezuelan Regional Elections. The document contains informative charts, tables and maps about the elections in an effort to familiarize and stimulate voters to show up at polls.
