Training National Election Observer Trainers: Report on Referendum and Post-Referendum Experiences, August 1992
This report discusses the Madagascar Elections Training Project and the technical assistance provided to the electoral process in Madagascar. The Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the NGO community was in need of help in organizing and training election poll observers and in monitoring voter registration and balloting procedures.
