“Human Rights” is a civic education booklet on human rights, available in Spanish, issued in 1993 by the Popular Legal Support Center in Panama. The booklet explains and describes the basic concept of human rights and its characteristics, as well as it goes more in depth to classify them and describing each one of the rights mentioned. Additionally, it explains some of the protection mechanisms of the Human Rights. The booklet is meant to stimulate the discussion about human rights in the Panamanian society in order to raise awareness.

“Conciencia Democrática” is the January 1993 23rd edition of the “Conciencia Democrática” newsletter, available in Spanish, issued by the Pro-Democracy Center in Panama. The newsletter contains editorials on voluntary projects organized by the Pro-Democracy Center, information about its projects and how to get involved, as well as a range of editorials on democracy and the connection between the community’s participation and the success of democracy. This particular edition focuses on the promotion of democratic values through the involvement of the civil society, targeting the Panamanian youth and women and it presents a review of the past projects and their accomplishments.

Estonia General Election Ballot 1992
Ballot used the first post-Soviet elections in Estonia. The left side of the page was used for Presidential elections, in which the main candidates were Arnold RUUTEL, Lennart MERI, and Rein TAAGEPERA. The 1992 election was the only time that Estonia's President was directly elected. The right side of the ballot shows candidates for the Parliament in the Louna-Tallinn district.
