“Instructions for the Table Agents” is an educational brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 1998 by the Electoral Tribunal of Panama in lead up to the August 30, 1998 National Referendum. The brochure is meant to serve as an instructive guide for the people working as table agents during the Referendum. The guide contains information on the procedure to be followed before, during and after the elections, the process of vote-counting, and the forms to be submitted that confirm the results of the vote counting.

The brochure contains the CV’s of the members of the National Board of Scrutiny, in an attempt to familiarize voters with their professional background.

“Prohibitions, Crimes, Electoral and Administrative Offenses” is an instructive brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 1998 by the Electoral Tribunal of Panama in lead up to the May 2, 1999 Panamanian General Elections. The brochure lists and describes the electoral and administrative crimes that could be committed during the entire electoral process and makes reference to the specific articles in the Electoral Code that deal with these infractions.

“1998 Referendum” is an informative brochure, available in Spanish, issued in 1998 by the Electoral Tribunal of Panama in lead up to the 1998 Referendum to reform the Constitution of the Republic of Panama that would permit the reelection of the president. The brochure contains technical information about the referendum, such as opening hours of the polling stations, presence of international observers, statistical data regarding Panama and other similar information.
