IFES’ Kenya Electoral Assistance Program (KEAP) is funded by a US $18.7 million cooperative agreement from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to support Kenyan efforts toward peaceful, credible and inclusive 2017 elections.

On December 18, Ivoirian voters will elect 255 members of the National Assembly, the lower house of Parliament. Following the approval of a new constitution via an October 2016 referendum, National Assembly members will be elected for four-year terms instead of five, as was previously the case.

A photo of eager citizens in queue to obtain their citizenship cards and enroll on the Election Commission of Nepal's voter register at a mobile camp in Kailali district, Nepal was selected as the IFES Choice winner of the Photography Contest.
