Ahmed Alhrari Dakam, a passionate political inclusion activist and a major advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities in Libya, passed away due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident.

In Libyan elections – as in many elections worldwide – speeches, voting materials and other essential electoral information are not translated into sign language.
