Voter Guide -- Manhattan General Election
“Voter Guide-Manhattan General Elections” is a voter handbook, available in both Spanish and English, published in 1993 by the New York City Campaign Finance Board, in lead up to the November 2, 1993 New York General Election. The guide is meant to provide voters with information about voting, to inform them about their rights as voters and the procedures that lead to a correct exercise of voting. It also provides short descriptions of each one of the local offices for which candidates were running for and the profiles of candidates in the Manhattan general races. Moreover, it includes a chapter on the NYC Campaign Finance Program and the Ballot Proposals along with the statements prepared by the board for and against the Term Limits ballot proposal.
