Information about Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Voters
“Information about Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Voters” was published in 1999 in lead up to the general elections that were held in Kazakhstan on October 10 and 24 of that year. The booklet describes the voting rights of Kazakhstani’s including universal adult suffrage.
