Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia
Published by Liberian Democracy Watch (LDW) in 1999, “Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia” serves as an interpretation of the actual Liberian Constitution of 1986 in the vernacular with illustrations. This publication summarizes the important aspects of government structure, fundamental rights and national policy of Liberia, and the functions of the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government in an effort to better educate the Liberian public. This report analyzes the opinion environment in Kyrgyzstan – the views of the public on political and economic developments, independence, government, civil society and organizations, and information sources. Findings are based on the IFES nationwide opinion survey fielded in Kyrgyzstan in November-December 1996. The Executive Summary consists of major findings providing an overview of the survey data. The Interpretation and Forecast section discusses the data in terms of their meaning and future implications. The Setting provides an overview of important developments in Kyrgyzstan since independence.
