“We all Have a Dream” is a Christmas card, available in Spanish, sent out in 1999 by Ricardo Lagos, the candidate for the 2000 Presidential election in Chile, and his wife, Luisa Duran, in lead up to the 2000 Presidential Election in Chile. The card talks about the dreams every Chilean citizen has, such as free people, equality and a Great Chile.

Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia
Published by Liberian Democracy Watch (LDW) in 1999, “Constitution (Big Law Book) of Liberia” serves as an interpretation of the actual Liberian Constitution of 1986 in the vernacular with illustrations.
