“Test Your Civic Imagination” is an article that appeared in the October 19, 2000 edition of “The Christian Science Monitor.” The piece focuses on civic participation in that year’s presidential election and urges American’s to vote and reverse the trend of low voter participation. Also included is an article titled “The Joy of Voting.” This article provides one citizen’s anecdote as to why they think voting is valuable.
