Ballot paper used in the first round of voting for the President and Vice-President of Ecuador on 17 May 1992. The main candidates in the election were Sixto Duran BALLEN (United Republican Party), Jaime NEBOT (Christian Socail Party) and Abdala BUCARAM (Ecuadorian Roldosist Party).

The Status of Refugee Rights in Nigeria
“The Status of Refugee Rights in Nigeria” is a 1992 report diseminated by Nigeria’s Civil Liberties Organization. The report provides background on the refugee camps in Nigeria, a look at refugee populations from Liberia and Chad and a legal analysis of the refugees and their status in Nigeria. The publication came out during in the middle of the Liberian Civil War and in the same year as the 1992 Chadian coup.

““And Now, Who will be the One Guaranteeing our Rights, Rondamon?” is a cartoon from a periodical, available in Spanish, published in 1990 in a newspaper in Ecuador. The document is a commentary of upholding of children’s rights illustrated in a periodical comic. The photo depicts a little girl inserting her vote in the ballot box which is being held by a representative from the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. The question she is asking him is “And now, who will be the one guaranteeing our rights, Rondamon?”
