“How to Vote in These Elections” is a newsletter flyer, available in Spanish, published in 1997 by the “La Prensa” newspaper in Honduras, in lead up to the November 30, 1997 General Elections in Honduras and intended to instruct voters on the voting procedures. “Voter: un droit, Voter: un devoir” is a 1996 pamphlet, available in French and Wolof, which explains how to vote in the November 1996 regional, municipal and rural elections in Senegal. The document, published by the Republic of Senegal Ministry of the Interior with the help of IFES, uses drawings to illustrate the step by step procedure for casting a vote.
