IFES Signed MoU with Zimbabwe Electoral Commission
On May 7, 2014, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. IFES Deploys International Election Observers to Paraguay
A team of five international election experts led by IFES arrived in Paraguay this week to begin observation activities for the April 20 presidential and parliamentary elections. The assessment delegation—led by IFES Regional Director for the Americas Pablo Galarce—includes Gabriel Medrano of Guatemala, Patricio Gajardo of Chile, Luis Sobalvarro of Nicaragua, and Gustavo Villamil of Colombia.
