Recensement 95
“Recensement 95” is a pamphlet from August 1995, published by the Director General of Elections in Quebec, which states in 19 different languages that there will be an enumeration of voters taking place in September 1995 and that the voter list drawn up after the process will be used in the October 1995 Referendum Vote in Quebec, Canada.
