“How to Vote in the May 2000 Presidential Election” is an informative handbook, available in Spanish, issued in 2000 by Vianela Diaz from the civic education movement organization “Citizen Participation” in lead up to the 2000 Presidential Election in the Dominican Republic. The handbook is meant to help voluntary observers to understand the practices of vote casting.
