The brochure lists and describes the electoral and administrative crimes that could be committed during the entire electoral process and makes reference to the specific articles in the Electoral Code that deal with these infractions.

The DC Wise Guide
“The DC Wise Guide” is a guide issued in 1998 by the League of Women Voters in the District of Columbia with the objective of providing background information about the government of the District of Columbia, USA, and how to participate in its politics by either running for local office or by voting in the upcoming elections. Descriptions of different positions such as Mayor of D.C. or Member of the Board of Education are given as well as contact numbers for members of these teams. Finally, the dates for the Primary and General elections in 1998 are made known to the reader.

Voter Information Guide
This 1998 “Voter Information Guide” was produced by the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s State Board of Elections in lead up to that year’s primary and general elections. The piece provides answers to many frequently asked questions such as who can register to vote and where one can register to vote; it also addresses topics such as absentee ballots and basic voting procedures, including the operation of voting machines. The November 3 general elections would be the final congressional elections of Bill Clinton's two term presidency.
