The brochure contains the provisions of the Decree nr. 49 of August 21, 1990 in regards to the August 30, 1998 Referendum. The brochure consists of 8 Chapters that deal with voting-related dispositions, such as the right to vote, location of voting, electoral officials, electoral crimes and prohibitions, and instructions on voting.
