“Children and Democracy” is a periodical article, available in Spanish, published by Marcia Gilbert de Babra in the “El Telegrafo” in Ecuador. The author agrees with the innovative idea of holding child elections but only as being complementary to other methods that a society must commit in respect of children’s rights.
